All registration fees are officially set by ACBI.

All registration fees listed below are charged on a per-person basis and apply to one individual attendee.

Participants based in Japan may pay the registration fee in Japanese Yen (JPY) at the official rates listed below.
What’s Included in the Registration Fee?
The registration fee includes the following:

Dinner: January 30 (Fri) and January 31 (Sat), 2026

Lunch: January 31 (Sat) and February 1 (Sun), 2026

Coffee breaks during the conference period

Access to all sessions, including the Scientific Sessions, Tutorial and Student Interview Sessions, Chiang Mai University visit
Cancellation Policy

Once the registration fee has been paid, cancellations are generally non-refundable.

In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at the discretion of the organizers. Please note that payment processing fees may not be refundable.

Participants who need to cancel their attendance are kindly requested to inform the organizers as early as possible.

Registration fees should be paid via PayPal.

PayPal supports credit card payments and bank transfers, depending on the payer’s location and settings.

If you are unable to complete payment using PayPal, please contact the organizers in advance. Alternative arrangements may be considered at the discretion of the organizers.

On-site cash payments are generally not accepted.
Payment in Japanese Yen (JPY)

Participants based in Japan are kindly requested to pay the registration fee in Japanese Yen (JPY) using the JPY payment link listed below.

If you experience any difficulty paying in JPY via PayPal, please contact the organizers in advance.
Payment Deadline

All registration fees must be received by February 28, 2026, unless prior arrangements have been made with the organizers.

Receipts & Confirmation

Once the payment is processed successfully, a payment confirmation and a receipt are automatically issued by PayPal and sent to the payer’s email address.

Additionally, after the payment has been confirmed, an official receipt issued by ACBI will be prepared and sent to the payer by Mitsue via email.
